Why RO Installation in Faridabad Isn't a "Plug and Play" Job

Ten years back, when I fitted my first RO unit in a small flat in Sector 15, Faridabad, I made a mistake that taught me more than any training manual ever could — I mounted the unit right above a kitchen shelf without checking the drainage slope. Within three weeks, the customer called back with water seepage damaging her cabinet. That one call changed how I approach every single installation since.

Faridabad's water isn't uniform. In areas like Sector 21, NIT, and Ballabhgarh, we've measured TDS levels ranging anywhere from 400 to over 1200 ppm depending on the borewell source and municipal supply mix. That directly affects membrane capacity, filter replacement frequency, booster-pump requirements and pipe routing.

At Kara Aqua, we test TDS and pressure on-site before every installation. A generic installation done without checking local water conditions is one of the biggest reasons RO systems fail early.
